Refund policy

At Kiinara, we want you to find the perfect fit. We offer exchanges on eligible women’s dresses, co-ord sets, and drapes subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products must be free from make-up, tan, perfume, deodorant, or detergent marks/smell.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. The replacement item must be of equal or higher value.
If you wish to exchange at a later date, a credit note may be issued.
Altered/customised outfits are not eligible for exchange.
Size exchanges are allowed up to 3 times for domestic orders.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds and order cancellations are not accepted.

Non-Eligible Products

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale items
Altered or customised products
Products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or stains

Delays

During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries or exchanges may be delayed. We will do our best to process your request and deliver your order as soon as possible.
