Domestic Shipping

Kiinara offers free shipping across India. Once you place an order, your items will be shipped within the stipulated timeframe mentioned for each product.

We use reputed logistics partners for shipping. However, delivery coverage is subject to the serviceability and reach of the respective courier partner.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping on orders above ₹20,000 (USD 250).

For orders below ₹20,000 (USD 250), a flat shipping fee of ₹4,000 (USD 50) applies.

International orders generally take a minimum of 8–10 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner and destination customs clearance.

Kiinara is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities. Orders cannot be redirected once they have been dispatched.
