Shipping

• India: Free shipping. Orders are dispatched within the timeframe mentioned on the product page.
• Ready to Ship: Dispatched within 48 hours.
• International: Free shipping on orders above ₹20,000 (USD 250); otherwise, ₹4,000 (USD 50) shipping applies.
• International delivery usually takes 8–10 days after dispatch.
• Customs duties/taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are subject to availability and must be for an item of equal or higher value.
• Domestic customers may exchange the size of a product up to 3 times.
• Sale items, altered/customised products, and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refunds and cancellations are not accepted.
